⚠️ DRAFT. Must be reviewed by a lawyer before publication. This is prepared text, not legal advice. The section on the right of withdrawal (§6) needs particularly careful review: a mistake there does not cost a fine, it extends the withdrawal period by a year.
Version: 2026-08-22 · Effective: to be confirmed
Part of the Terms of Service.
This is the first thing to understand, because it decides who you address a claim to and who refunds your money.
| Where you pay | Your seller under the contract | Who to claim from |
|---|---|---|
| On the website or in the web cabinet (by card) | The school — to be confirmed only provides the technical means of payment | The school; we assist and step in if there is a dispute |
| Inside the app through Apple's store | to be confirmed | Us; the refund is processed by Apple |
| Inside the app by card (retreats, one-to-one sessions) | The school | The school |
| Cash or transfer directly to the school | The school, outside the platform | The school; we only record such payments |
The receipt always names the seller. If you are unsure who you paid, check the receipt or write to to be confirmed.
One caveat that matters for the receipt: "seller under the contract" and "supplier for VAT purposes" are not always the same person. Who owes you the service and the refund is set by the table above. Who charges and pays VAT is set by law, and for digital services sold through a platform that may turn out to be the platform rather than the school. This does not affect you: the price is final, the tax is already in it, and the receipt itself names who accounts for it.
The platform is paid for its service — to be confirmed% of the price on website payments. This does not affect your price: the school pays the fee out of its own revenue.
| Item | What it is | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Course | recorded lessons and materials | access to lessons for the period stated in the description |
| Club | subscription: room, live classes, recordings | access while the subscription is active |
| Live group class | a single online class | participation at the appointed time |
| One-to-one session | a private class | one meeting at an agreed time |
| Retreat, in-person event | a meeting in the physical world | participation in the event |
| School's platform subscription | tools for a teacher | access to the web cabinet |
What a particular product includes is set out in its description. The school writes that description and is responsible for its accuracy (document 5, §4).
If payment went through but access did not open within an hour, write to to be confirmed. This happens during outages; the money is not lost.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription in Apple's store — cancel it in your Apple ID settings separately (document 8, §5).
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (FAGG).
Digital content, however, has an exception, and it matters:
So that you get access immediately rather than in 14 days, you separately confirm two statements at purchase:
I request that performance begin immediately. I understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once performance begins.
Access opens immediately only after both confirmations. The confirmation is repeated by email.
If you do not confirm, access opens after 14 days, and throughout that time your right of withdrawal remains fully intact.
These are services. If a service has already been fully performed with your consent and you knew you were losing the right of withdrawal, that right ends. If the class has not yet taken place, the right of withdrawal applies.
Separately: a school's own rules on rescheduling and cancellation may be more generous than the law. The more generous rule applies — it cannot make your position worse.
By email to to be confirmed or from the web cabinet. An unambiguous statement is enough; no particular form is required. We refund by the same means you paid, within 14 days of receiving your statement.
The right of withdrawal is the statutory minimum. In addition:
🔴 Purchases made through Apple's store are refunded by Apple, not by us. We cannot reverse such a purchase ourselves — we can only request a refund from Apple. Claims go to reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refuses and we believe a refund is due, write to us: we will refund by other means.
A school may take cash or a direct transfer. In that case:
If the service closes altogether we give 90 days' notice, let you export your data, and refund unused periods.
A school may issue a code that opens access without payment. Codes are redeemed in the web cabinet. A code is not a means of payment: it cannot be exchanged for money, and the right of withdrawal does not apply to it (you paid nothing).
Separately, because it is not obvious: a school may decline to admit someone, and payment does not override that. If a school refuses admission after payment, the money is refunded in full.
Write first: to be confirmed (general questions) or to be confirmed (claims). We answer within 14 days.
Beyond that, §14 of the Terms of Service applies: Austrian law, the court where the consumer lives at the consumer's choice, out-of-court procedure to be confirmed.
Seller under the contract for purchases through the app store: to be confirmed, to be confirmed, Austria · to be confirmed · to be confirmed · VAT: to be confirmed
For purchases on the website the seller under the contract is the school; its details are shown on the school's page and on the receipt.

To: to be confirmed, to be confirmed, Austria, to be confirmed
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of the following: _______________________ Ordered on: ___________ Name: _________________ Address: ______________ Date: _________________ Signature (paper form only): ______
The form is optional — a message in your own words is enough.
“To be confirmed” in place of a detail means exactly that: the value has not been filled in yet. We do not put invented data here.
