Community Guidelines

⚠️ DRAFT. Must be reviewed by a lawyer before publication. This is prepared text, not legal advice.

Version: 2026-08-22 · Effective: to be confirmed

These guidelines are a binding part of the Terms of Service. By accepting the terms you accept them.

Why these rules exist

People here learn to breathe, move and be silent together. Much of what they write to each other is about the body, about health, about a hard stretch of life. A space like that runs on trust, and trust breaks faster than it builds.

The rules are short, and written so you can read all of them.

1. 🔴 What we never tolerate — no warning

This is the zero-tolerance list. Access is closed immediately, without a prior warning:

2. What is prohibited, but starts with a conversation

Here we warn first and ask you to remove it. If that does not work, we restrict:

3. What we ask — tone, not prohibition

4. For teachers and schools

Teachers are bound by a separate agreement. The parts that concern you as a participant:

5. What we can see, and what we cannot

Plainly, without hedging:

Where Can we see the content
Private and group encrypted rooms No. Keys are only on participants' devices
A school's announced common rooms (marked) Yes. They are deliberately unencrypted — otherwise they could not be moderated
What a school publishes: descriptions, welcome video, previews Yes, and we check it before publication
Metadata (who, when, in which room) Yes — otherwise a message could not be delivered

A room with automated message checking says so openly. No marking means no checking.

An important consequence: in an encrypted room we will not see a violation ourselves. We learn about it only if you report it.

6. What to do when something is wrong

Block a person. Message menu or member card → "Block". You stop seeing their messages. It works immediately, needs nobody's approval, and we do not tell the blocked person. Honestly: blocking hides messages from you but does not remove the person from the room and does not stop them reading. Only school staff can remove someone.

Report. Message menu or member card → "Report", choose a reason. A human reviews the report.

Full procedure: moderation policy.

Write to us directly: to be confirmed. This works without the app too.

If someone is in danger — call the emergency services (112 in the EU). We are not a rescue service and cannot come.

7. What happens after a breach

In ascending order:

  1. A warning — we ask you to remove or correct.
  2. Removal of a specific message or item.
  3. Restriction: a temporary ban on writing in a room.
  4. Removal from a room or from a school.
  5. Blocking of the platform account.
  6. Referral to law enforcement — for criminal offences.

Which one applies depends on severity, on whether it was a first time, and on intent. The zero-tolerance list (§1) starts at step 5.

Every decision is explained and can be appealed. We do not block silently.

8. Age

The community is for people aged 16 and over. If you see an account used by a younger child, tell us: to be confirmed.

9. Changes

The rules change as the community does. We announce material changes 14 days in advance. Previous versions stay published.

10. Contact

“To be confirmed” in place of a detail means exactly that: the value has not been filled in yet. We do not put invented data here.
